How can we get Opus out there? (and promote NUSA!)

Ok people, this is the place to help us promote Opus, and especially NUSA. With VSU coming in in second semester, we need to make the Student population aware of NUSA as much as possible, and Opus is a good vehicle for that. But to do that, we also need to promote Opus. So what we need are suggestions for a)Getting Opus out there b)Promoting NUSA in Opus c)Getting people to pay their fees

I can fondly remember (like an old fart) when opus was actually the 'survival guide' that someone called it.
Once upon a time, those of us who have been here 3+ years may recall, opus was not a platform for the political, ethical and moral opinions of a select clique on and off campus. Once upon a time, people who didn't see eye to eye with all the left wing politics and bleeding hearts could also find things that interested them.
Frankly, if opus is losing popularity, its because the tired old articles (The same old things being said over and over by the same old offenders.) are driving most people away. What a shame. It used to be something great.
Opus forgets many things. It used to have information in it about student services (other than the fruit and veg) and it used to have more interesting takes on student life. It wasn't about the declining state of the world every week.
The saddest thing is that hidden amidst the drivel are some really good articals. It just gets harder and harder to sift through.
As a student who happily pays fees, I don't feel that the last issue of opus was worth the cost it would have been to print it. If you want to get opus out there, change the content. When people start approving then the word will get out.
Lets hope its not too late.
Why don't you try conducting a survey or something about what students think about opus, prove me wrong-- prove that they really still value it.
